JOB DESCRIPTION:

Assists and advises Project Manager and Project/Lead Engineers in relation to cost estimates Coordinate cost estimating activity and input from various disciplines and departments Compiles, checks and benchmarks cost estimation data Estimate the project cost based on Bill of materials, labor cost, and project specification to express the most representative cost estimate. Collect and update market price data of materials, equipment, and manpower to be used in the cost estimate. Analyze project cost estimate of the project based on economic parameters. Perform sensitivity analysis on the estimates and cash flow forecasts to determine cash requirements and potential problem areas and corrective action to be taken QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelors degree in Engineering or Project Management Institute Certification 9 Years of related experience 5 years working experiences in the cost control and estimating of major oil field, petrochemical, or oil and gas handling projects \ Demonstrated proficiency in computer skills, including all Microsoft Office products To Apply for this post send your resume to arobinson@danos.com with subject Cost Estimating Engineer N280
