Our International Recruiting division has a requirement for a suitably qualified, experienced and highly professional individual that possesses the comprehensive skills set and experience listed below.

This position is on a rotational basis of 8/2 and is based in Lagos, Nigeria.

Minimum Education & Experience:

  • Mechanical Engineer
  • 10 years experience as a Materials Controller/ Co – Coordinator in the oil and gas industry
  • Good English verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must have strong drive towards achieving goals and have good interaction and team work skills.
  • Experience with procuring materials for projects. (Materials include turbines, compressors, long lead items, engineering procurement).

Accommodation Camp accommodation with full boarding
Retention bonus 10% of total earnings after completion

Project Description – Offshore Contract maintenance- FPSO
Location – Nigeria
Position – Training Coordinator
Start date – asap
Duration – 1 Year
Probationary Period – 3 Months
Notice period – 30 Days
Working days - 7 days/week
Working hours - 12 hours/day
Rotation – 28/28
Accommodation – Camp
Salary : Negotiable paid net of local taxes plus two days travel paid per rotation (paid only for days worked)
Living allowance –Full board is provided
Insurances – D&D 300’000- Life 200’000- Medical Advanced

Duties:

  • Performs analysis of company training needs.
  • Analysis, benchmarking and surveys on local and international markets as regards training offers.
  • Definition of the annual training plan and budget.
  • Supports the line for the organization of internal courses.
  • Analysis of company and employees information coming out from the planning and development systems to design training plans.
  • Supports organization changes.
  • Controls of training costs and quality (customer satisfaction).
  • Follows the organization and management of courses as regards the enrolments and relationship with suppliers and services.
