RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Applies a commanding knowledge and seasoned experience in providing technical support and overseeing the rigging up and running of various specialized tools for multiple product lines (e.g.., liner hangers, packers, whipstocks, etc.).
  • Assembles and prepares tools for rig site delivery.
  • Oversees the related processes and procedures associated with setting and retrieval of the product in the well bore.
  • May consult with rig crew during rig up assemblies, running, cementing and retrieval operations.
  • Responsible for training lower level rig or warehouse personnel.
  • Provides guidance to lower level employees.
  • Strong client interaction, project leader on complex jobs.
  • May fill in for the Ops Mgr

SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven multi product line installation skills.
  • Actively seeks increase proficiency levels in other product lines.
  • Leadership skills and mentors, coaches lower level TSTs.
  • Ability to speak English

EDUCATION

High School Diploma or equivalent.


EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum 15 + years oil field experience.
  • Job knowledge expert in a minimum of 2 product lines, broad knowledge in multiple product lines.
  • Ability to perform three (3) basic product lines jobs.
  • Basic knowledge other product line tool application.
  • Job knowledge expert in multiple product lines.
  • Is an expert advisor and trouble shooter for product line applications.
  • Knowledge of hydraulics processes.
  • General knowledge of drilling and completion techniques.
  • General knowledge of drilling/workover rig operations thorough mechanical and application proficiency with multiple BOT products.
  • Must have experience in Deep Water / Semi Submersible/ Floating Structures.
